No Refunds or Exchanges: All digital downloads/ product sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges.

Instant Access: Upon completing your purchase, you will receive an email with a secure link to download your files. Please ensure that the email address provided at checkout is correct, as we are not responsible for undelivered downloads due to incorrect email details.

No Cancellations: Once a digital product has been purchased and downloaded, cancellations are not permitted. Please review all product details carefully and reach out with any questions before completing your purchase

If you change your mind or have second thoughts, refunds are only eligible within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, all payments are non-refundable.

    •    Rescheduling: Allowed with at least 5 Days notice, Rescheduling will depend on available slots.

    •    No-Shows & Late Cancellations: Missed sessions will result in the payment being retained.
